Sandra's art has inspired lessons in thousands of classrooms around the globe, but until now, her tips, tricks, and technique has been kept quiet. This unique method teaches the student to visually express and understand their intuitive thoughts and feelings, which might otherwise be difficult to express.

"Once we are able to realize our emotions in the present, we are able to 'translate and transfer' these feelings onto a paper medium and create a 'personalized painted projection' of our brilliant masterpiece selves." - Sandra Silberzweig

Through a series of guided art lessons and innovative tools, the student will experience a greater 'sense' of awareness, confidence, and self-expression.

“The thoughts and feelings I experience are revealed to me when I exercise mindful practices. I become aware of my emotions and mentally connect to my intuitive inner artist. This is when the magic happens, I trust my visceral self to lead the way, and I am abundantly rewarded with the wisdom I seek.”

I have learned to embrace another way of sensing the world around me. Being a Synesthete is a wild and magical journey of sensory self-discovery!

Verbalizing our thoughts only represents a small part of our elaborate internal dialogue. Words do not always express our feeling when the nonverbal language of emotions can be difficult to convey.

From the time we are born our senses are working non-stop. We are intuitive souls that calculate our surroundings to ensure survival and develop.

“This is why I believe art is vital for self-expression when words don’t do. We need to tap into our subconscious spirit and extract the information our magnificent minds intuitively know and have stored deep and far away. Through my Silbersenze™ method we can become aware of those personal connections and translate these non-verbal thoughts into self-reflective artwork. When we do, we acquire the ability to understand ourselves and others better.”

“Art is how you FEEL about what you see – It’s not what you actually see in front of you – It's how you mindfully see it inside your imagination and how that makes you FEEL – BELIEVE and TRUST in what you NATURALLY See and Feel – Your INNER ARTIST is communicating with you – LISTEN and LET GO! - Paint that VISION with a FEARLESS mind, a receptive heart and a brush loaded with your brilliant EMOTIONAL colors!” - Sandra Silberzweig
